Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Parcel Locker (Pakomāts) Delivery to parcel lockers (Omniva, DPD Pickup, or similar) within Latvia — 2–4 business days.

Home Delivery (Door-to-Door) Delivery to your address within Latvia — 2–5 business days.

For EU and international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method and destination.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Failed Delivery If a parcel is not collected from the locker within the holding period, or if a home delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to arrange redelivery.
